praise to the man

My ward went to Temple Square this weekend to watch the Joseph Smith movie and see the lights. Side note: I definitely did not remember how heartbreaking the movie is. Anyway, the movie motivated me to start learning about Joseph Smith as much as I can--I've always admired him, but I really want to learn more about him through books. I become much closer to characters and people through books, and I want to know more about the man who sacrificed his life and everything he loved in a life devoted to God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
