I sometimes go back to see if they replied, If I remember. Sometimes I comment on peoples blogs that have thousands of readers, so I don't bother going back to those to see.

Usually I forget for a little bit, but I end up remembering next time I visit their blog so I typically do end up checking. Most of the time I don't say things that require a response though, so I don't expect it.
